OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
